1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use the 44kbd platform. Use of the platform by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited. 44kbd reserves the right to verify age at any time, and any account found to have provided false information will be closed.

• You must provide your correct date of birth at the time of registration.
• A national ID card or passport may be requested as proof of age.
• It is the account holder's responsibility to prevent minors from accessing gaming.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

44kbd primarily provides services to players in Bangladesh. Users are solely responsible for complying with the local laws of their country or current location. The service may not be used from regions where online gaming is legally prohibited.

2.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If a user is found to be operating more than one account, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in account cancellation. If any of your details change, you must notify the 44kbd support team immediately.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (password, PIN) secure. You are liable for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use, contact us immediately.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

44kbd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). No payment methods outside this list are accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Transactions below these limits will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

44kbd reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal request. Funds must be withdrawn to a payment method registered under the same name and identity. It is recommended that the deposit and withdrawal methods be the same.

• If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Additional verification may be carried out for unusual transactions.
• In cases of fraudulent activity, withdrawals will be cancelled and the account will be closed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

44kbd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 or more gives you the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, bringing your total balance to ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus combined.

• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Certain games may contribute differently toward bonus wagering.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

Bonus offers apply once per account, once per household, and once per IP address. 44kbd reserves the right to cancel bonuses if misuse is suspected. Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another player.

5.1 Gaming Policy

All games on the 44kbd platform are operated fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If any user attempts to influence game outcomes by artificial means, their account will be closed.

5.2 Technical Issues Policy

Incorrect results or unreasonable rewards displayed due to technical errors, server issues, or game software bugs will be considered void. In such situations, 44kbd will endeavor to refund the original stake to the player. If a game is cancelled mid-session due to a technical issue, the stake will be returned to the balance.

5.3 Sports Betting Policy

Specific rules apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the stake will be refunded. Updated policies will apply where rules are changed.

6.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44kbd platform. Any such activity will result in permanent account closure and the relevant funds may be forfeited:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or claiming bonuses fraudulently.
• Using a third-party account or payment method.
• Using the platform for money laundering or cleaning illegal funds.
• Any attempt to artificially influence game outcomes.
• Using software bots or automated scripts.
• Colluding with other players to gain a systematic advantage.
• Using an account under a false identity or while underage.

6.2 Consequences

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, 44kbd may immediately seize the account, place a hold on the existing balance, and take legal action if necessary. This decision by 44kbd is final.

In the event of account closure, 44kbd will endeavor to return any valid balance (excluding bonuses), however the entire balance may be forfeited in cases of terms violations.
